Teriyaki Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

• 2 lb Chicken Breast
• 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, or tamari sauce
• 1/4 cup Honey, or maple syrup
• 1/2 cup Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Flour
• 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 1 tsp Ground Ginger
• Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preparation steps

1. Add the chicken breasts and all other ingredients into a freezer bag. Remove all
2. excess air and seal tightly. Write the name and date on the front of the bag and
3. freeze up to 3 months. When you're ready to use, let defrost overnight in the fridge
4. You can place in a bowl of water to help speed up the defrosting.
